The Culture Menu is a collaboration between the school boards for primary education, the municipality of Enschede and the cultural institutions of the city. Culture Menu sets itself the goal of enabling every primary school student in Enschede to connect with art and culture. In 2018, the Heutink Foundation sponsored bus transport for 5 primary schools from underprivileged regions in Enschede, which ensured all their students could visit a theatre performance of their choice.
